Chicken-Stuffing Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
1 (7 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
2 c. diced or shredded chicken, cooked
1 c. drained and cooked broccoli
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

In 1-quart saucepan over high heat, heat water and butter to boiling.
In a large bowl, pour hot water and butter over stuffing mixture.
Toss to mix well.
Pat 1/2 of stuffing into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
