Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs, well beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add Bisquick last.
    Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
