Zucchini Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. leaf oregano
    dash of pepper
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    3 medium zucchini
    2 tsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano and pepper.
    Bring to boiling. Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, until thickened.
    Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg in blender; whirl until smooth.
