Irene'S Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. warm water

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa.
Add mayonnaise, warm water and vanilla.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Bake in a 2-quart baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
May be served warm, topped with vanilla ice cream or used with your favorite white minute frosting.
