Soba - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. boiled fettucini noodles
2 large zucchini, cut into pinkie size strips
2 large carrots, julienned
1 large onion, sliced
1 (12 oz.) bag string beans
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 head fresh cabbage, sliced
1/4 c. oyster sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a nonstick large pan (Dutch oven), spray with Pam.
Throw in all the veggies.
Put heat on medium.
Steam fry veggies, tossing now and then.
Sprinkle in garlic salt and pepper.
When veggies are crisp cooked, throw in noodles and stir to unstick noodles. Add sauces and heat through.
