Oven Fries (Low Fat; Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lg all purpose potatoes (3 1/2 lbs total)
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Pepper to taste
Preparation

Set oven rack on upper level; preheat to 450\u00b0.
Coat a baking sheet lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
