Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (approximately 1 lb.) asparagus
bouillon cubes or powder to make 4 c.
1 qt. boiling water
dash of onion powder
pinch of powdered mace
Preparation

Put asparagus pieces and liquid in blender and blend smooth. In saucepan, combine bouillon and boiling water; add asparagus. Add seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Serve hot with a dot of unsalted butter on each cup or soup plate.
