Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 whole jalapenos
    1 lb. Cheddar, shredded
    1 lb. uncooked pork sausage
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Cut one side of peppers; remove seeds.
    Stuff peppers with 1/2 of cheese (1/2 pound).
    Mix sausage, Bisquick and remaining cheese in bowl.
    Form batter around peppers to look like eggs.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until brown.
