Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda,
    salt,
    baking powder, cinnamon and nuts; set aside.
    Beat eggs;
    add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in zucchini
    and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients. Stir until moistened.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. You can ice it with lemon icing or cream cheese icing.
