Corn Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
4 c. milk
1 slice onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. heated, strained tomatoes
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter or less
Preparation

Scald corn, milk and onion together.
Mix flour and water; add to soup.
Cook and stir 20 minutes.
Strain.
Mix hot tomatoes with soda and add to soup.
Season to taste and add butter, bit by bit.
