Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. diced apples
3 1/2 oz. coconut

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar until sugar is distributed.
Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar alternately with eggs, nuts, vanilla, coconut and apples.
Mixture is very stiff.
We use a spatula to mix it.
