Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 beaten eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix salmon, eggs, onion and green pepper.
    Salt and pepper well and shape into the form of an egg roll.
    Stir in cornmeal, drop in frying pan with heated oil and brown on both sides.
