Baked Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms (about 16)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms well and separate the stems from the caps. Chop the stems finely and saute them in oil for about 5 minutes or until they are soft.
    Add the sherry and continue cooking a few minutes.
    Mix in the seasonings and bread crumbs and stuff the mushroom caps.
    Bake in a greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
