Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 large ripe tomatoes
    8 green or red peppers (sweet)
    2 Tbsp. salt
    5 large onions
    3 c. brown sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mixed pickling spice
Preparation
    Put vegetables through food chopper.
    Add remaining ingredients (spices should be tied in a cheesecloth).
    Boil togetter for 2 hours or until thick.
    Seal while hot in sterile jars.
