John'S Pineapple Surprise Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. boiling water
    water or clear soda (i.e., 7-Up)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O with boiling water.
    Use reserved pineapple juice and combine with water or clear soda to make 3/4 cup liquid. Stir into dissolved Jell-O.
    Add sour cream and blend with whisk until smooth.
    Pour into 6 cup mold.
    Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Add drained, crushed pineapple.
    Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight until completely set.
