Zucchini Me Yaurti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 lb. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2/3 c. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Saute onion and zucchini in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Cover and cook 2 to 3 more minutes or until tender. Combine last 5 ingredients; pour over squash.
    Heat.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 servings.
