Fruit With Almond Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
    1 pt. fruit (strawberries, peaches, etc.)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except toasted almonds and fruit. Place fruit in small serving bowls; cover with almond cream. Chill for 1 hour.
    Garnish with toasted almonds before serving.
