Frozen Brownie Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box deluxe fudge brownie mix
    1/2 c. very hot tap water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 1/2 c. salted Spanish peanuts
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom only of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix brownie mix with water, oil and egg.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool completely.
    Spread softened ice cream evenly over cooled brownies; press peanuts into ice cream.
    Place in freezer until firm.
