Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg (unbeaten)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cream margarine and brown sugar.
    Add egg and vanilla.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Add chocolate chips and nuts.
    Drop dough by teaspoonful about 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet or roll in a roll, wrap in wax paper and store in refrigerator.
    Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
