No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beat with mixer
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick butter, melted and cooled
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Yields 2 pies.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into two pie pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce to 300\u00b0 and bake until firm.
