Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 lb. margarine
3/4 c. white sugar
dash of salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix together sweet potatoes, 1 stick margarine, white sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk.
Put into casserole dish. Mix cornflakes, 1 stick margarine, brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle on top of sweet potato casserole.
Cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
