Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
4 boiled eggs (6 if using for garnish on top), diced
1 large or 2 medium size onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/3 c. sweet diced pickles
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
paprika for top
Preparation

Potatoes need to have a mashed potato texture.
Mix ingredients.
Use a little vinegar for those who prefer the sweet to sour flavor.
