Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple slices
    drained maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan.
    Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on the sugar mixture.
    Mix cake as directed on the package with 1 1/3 cups water and 2 eggs.
    Beat as directed.
    Pour batter over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes for topping to begin to set.
    Turn upside down onto large platter or cookie sheet.
    Best if served warm with Cool Whip.
