Hungarian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1-inch) lean pork chops
    salad oil
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    garlic powder
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown chops and drain.
    Add onion, spices and water.
    Cover and simmer over low heat 1 hour. Transfer chops to warm platter. Add sour cream to gravy and blend.
    Spoon over chops.
    Serves 2.
