Nutty Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped English walnuts
Preparation

Pour boiling water over jello and stir until dissolved.
Add juices and salt.
Allow to thicken slightly.
Add pineapple, carrots and nuts and turn into 5-cup mold or individual molds. Refrigerate.
Serves 6 to 8.
