Barbecued Black-Eyes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans Luck's black-eyed peas
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. commercial barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Brown meat. Saute onion and add to peas.
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Great for barbecue or as side dish.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
