Monie'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine (melted in pan)
4 slices light bread
2 c. milk
2 eggs
lemon flavoring to taste
nutmeg

Preparation

Soak bread in milk until soft.
Add rest of ingredients and mash
together.
Pour in greased pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
