Salmon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. chopped pecans, very fine
    4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped very fine
Preparation
    Combine salmon and cream cheese, mixing well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans and parsley.
    Chill well. Shape into 12-inch long log and roll in pecans and parsley. Roll up in foil or plastic wrap.
    Chill well.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
