Sausage-Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut
    up
    bread.
    Remove
    crust
    and
    spread
    bread with butter.
    Place in
    a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Cook sausage and drain well.
    Spoon over bread slices. Add shredded
    cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well
    and
    pour
    over
    cheese.
    Cover
    casserole and chill overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
