Potluck Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sweet margarine, melted and slightly cooled
    1 (8 oz.) box corn bread mix
    1 (16.5 oz.) can corn kernels, drained
    1 (16.5 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brush 3-quart shallow baking dish generously with some of the melted margarine.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients together until well blended.
    Pour mixture into prepared casserole and spread evenly on top.
    Place pan on center shelf of oven and bake at 350\u00b0 until top is golden and crusty and knife inserted into center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
