Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter, softened
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
    food coloring
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix butter, egg white, extract and food coloring together. Add powdered sugar and knead until smooth.
    Press into molds. Remove and let dry overnight.
    Store in covered container.
    (Roll pieces in powdered sugar before molding to keep from sticking.)
