Fluffy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot or cold mashed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can French fried onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
    Add cream cheese, onion, eggs and flour.
    Beat on medium speed until blended.
    Beat at high speed until light and fluffy.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Spoon into greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle French fried onions on top.
    Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
