Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak
    2 large onions
    3 pkg. brown gravy mix
    4 large bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Slice steak into 1/2-inch strips; brown in large pot and add 1/2 cup water, bell peppers and onions and add to mixture.
    Let simmer on medium heat 10 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste and soy sauce; add 2 cups water and gravy mix.
    Let cook 20 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice!
