Easy Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
2 c. natural shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Italian Progresso bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In bowl, mix potatoes, sour cream, cheese, soup and onion.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
Keeps well. Can be frozen.
