Lime Jello - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese
pinch of salt
juice of 1 lemon
1 (8 oz.) whipped cream
Preparation

Mix Jell-O and water; set in fridge to begin to congeal. Combine marshmallows, sugar, pineapple, cheese, salt and juice. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Mix this with the Jell-O. Can be made the night before and kept in the fridge.
