Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 lb. spaghetti (whole wheat)
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. McKay's beef style seasoning* or 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. TVP (optional)
TVP mixture (optional)
1 (29 oz.) can tomato puree
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
2 tsp. sweet basil
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. honey (optional)
2 qt. water
Preparation

Saute onions, pepper, celery, 2 tablespoons water and 1/2 tablespoon salt in skillet for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 1/2 cups water to almost boiling.
Add beef style seasoning or soy sauce and TVP. Add TVP mixture, tomato puree, tomato paste, oregano leaves, sweet basil, garlic powder and honey to sauteed vegetables.
