Fried Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 can cream
1 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, cream and Crisco oil.
Blend together. Add flour and knead.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Form into walnut-size ball.
Roll as round as saucer.
Place fillings in center.
Fold in half and take fork, seal edges.
Drop in hot Crisco.
Fry until slightly brown.
Flip over and fry other side.
