Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 egg
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) tomato juice or small can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 slices American cheese or 1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can Mexicorn, drained
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, oatmeal, egg, chili powder, onions, salt, pepper and tomato juice or tomato sauce.
    Put in 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Take out and drain juice.
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour to melted margarine in saucepan. Add milk to this mixture.
    Bring to boil.
    Add cheese and Mexicorn. When cheese is melted, pour over meat loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
