Broccoli Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, chopped
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lemon
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Toasted bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs

Preparation

Boil chicken, celery, onions, and mushrooms.
Drain and set aside.
Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Combine sauce mixture with chicken and vegetables.
Remove broccoli from pkg. and squirt with the lemon.
