Hungarian Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine (butter)
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Add potatoes, salt and 1 cup water.
    Cover and cook 15 minutes or until tender.
    Blend flour, paprika, sour cream and milk until smooth.
    Add to potato mixture.
    Heat, stirring, for 1 minute.
    Season to taste.
    Serves 6.
