Cranberry-Orange Nutbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. coarsely cut cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Stir in cranberries, nuts and orange peel.
    Combine egg, orange juice and Crisco oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Bake in a greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until done.
