No Knead Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs
    raisins (if desired)
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in a little warm water. Add all the other ingredients to the 1 1/2 cups hot water. Add the yeast.
    Stir in the eggs and raisins; mix well.
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Shape into loaves and let rise until doubled in size. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
