Brown And White Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. sifted sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Separate eggs about 1 hour before making kisses.
    Leave in bowl at room temperature.
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites. Slowly beat in sugar, a tablespoon at a time.
    Beat until stiff, glossy and sugar is dissolved.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Drop by round teaspoon about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet, covered with heavy brown or white paper.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool; remove with spatula.
    Makes 40.
