Philadelphia Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. lemon jello
4 c. boiling water
2 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pt. whipping or carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small crushed pineapple, drained
1 small can pimentos, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water. Add cream cheese while hot. Cream cheese will not entirely dissolve. When beginning to thicken, add whipped cream, nuts, pineapple, pimentos and lemon juice. Let set until firm in refrigerator.
