Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cut in bite size pieces
    2 or 3 potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
    2 or 3 carrots, cut in bite size pieces
    2 or 3 onions, cut in bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in casserole.
    Stir to mix.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
