Almond Poppy Seed Bread(No Fat!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. almond extract
    2 tsp. Molly McButter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Mix with electric mixer for about 2 minutes.
    Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
