Quick Peach Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)
    1/2 c. apricot or peach jam
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Unroll rolls.
    Pat into bottom of a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread with jam. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour evenly over rolls. Return to oven. Bake 5 to 6 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (can make ahead and refrigerate).
