Chili Lousiana Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    2 (no. 2) cans red chili beans
    2 (no. 2) cans peeled tomatoes
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 lg. jar Mexene chili powder
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 pods garlic
    3 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Cook meat until gray.
    Blend (in blender) garlic, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, flour, chili powder.
    Mix all this with meat. Saute onions and bell pepper with 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Add this and beans with above. Cook slowly 1 & 1/2 hours. Add water for desired thickness. Stir often.
    Makes approximately 15 pints.
