Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bran Buds
1 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 large box raisins
Preparation
-
Pour boiling water over the Bran Buds and let stand.
Combine the other ingredients.
Add Bran Buds and water.
Add raisins. Bake at 400\u00b0 in miniature muffin pans for 12 to 15 minutes or when springs back when touched.
Will keep 6 weeks in refrigerator.
