Pineapple-Date Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. pineapple liquid
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) diced dates (sugar coated)
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and sugar.
    Add pineapple liquid and cream together.
    Add pineapple, nuts and dates.
    Mix together.
    Whip cream and fold into mixture.
    Freeze in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Serve frozen.
